To elaborate what I mean about dating someone like you, I don’t mean that they’re identical in hobbies etc but more so how you are as a partner/as a person. For example, if you’re someone who gets angry quickly, doesn’t apologise when in the wrong or if you tend to get annoyed quickly both at your partners and others in general. Should you not either work on these issues first before dating or at least be tolerant of other’s flaws? Is it not hypocritical to expect others to tolerate us if we’re not willing to tolerate them?
